Wayne K. Lynch is a graduate of Rider University (B.S. Marketing, ’71), Temple University (M. Ed., ’78), and Dallas Theological Seminary (M.A. ’84). He has been an Educator and Fundraiser since 1975 and speaks, writes, and consults widely on these topics. He holds the senior designation in fundraising from the Association of Fundraising Professionals, ACFRE. Wayne is one of 100 who holds this distinction in the 28,000 member organization.
He has served as Director of Santiago Christian School in the Dominican Republic where he lives and consults with several Christian Schools. Since 2002 he has consulted in Indonesia, Africa, Europe, the United States and Latin America.
His Handbook for Ministry Fundraising was published by The Center, Souderton, PA. He has expertise in Annual and Capital Campaigns, Major Gifts, International Fundraising, Establishing and Building Endowments, The Board’s Role in Fundraising, Establishing a Development Program, and Deferred Giving Programs. Wayne began his fundraising career with Plumstead Christian School (1975–1986) and was Vice President for Development at Philadelphia Biblical University and founder and Executive Director of their support foundation, The Regency Foundation, from 1986-2003.
